Giveaway RULES and legal Stuff
- No Purchase Necessary, donations are gratefully accepted
- Open to US Resident ages 12 and up, winning minors under age 18 must have parent or guardian consent
- All riders, or their parents or guardians must have completed a hold harmless waiver for rides
- Grand Prize winner may have their likeness used for promotional purposes
- All proceeds go to supporting the NECAF mission, Educate, Honor, Inspire
- Giveaway is not open to officers of the New England Wing or their families
- The Commemorative Air Force, HQ reserves the right to approve prizes, conduct of giveaways, media and other publications.
- Prizes have no cash value, names will be selected at random from all entries Submitted, winners will be notified by email. Ride Winners (or parents/guardians) must present photo ID at time of ride.
- Giveaway is void where prohibited by law, any taxes or fees are the responsibility of the winner.
To enter without purchase or donation submit a hand written entry stating your name, age, email & physical address, phone number, and the name of the event you are entering to: NECAF Giveaway 115 Perimeter Rd Nashua, NH 03063. One form per envelope, one entry per form will be made.
